1. Our Commitment to Our Customers At Autism Affirmations Clothing LLC, every product is created, prepared, packaged, and shipped with care, dedication, and love. We are a small, family-operated business, and customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to provide quality products while maintaining fair and reasonable policies. Please review our refund, return, and exchange policies before placing your order.

2. Refund Policy Due to the handmade, personalized, and made-to-order nature of many of our products, all sales are generally final, except as otherwise stated in this policy or required by applicable law. We do not offer refunds for: * Changes of mind after purchasing. * Ordering the incorrect size, color, scent, or design. * Personal preferences regarding fragrance strength. * Products that have been used, washed, worn, melted, or damaged after delivery. * Minor variations in handmade products. * Personalized or custom-made items, unless defective or incorrect.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Email: l_bauersachs@yahoo.com Please include: * Your full name. * Your order number. * A description of the problem. * Clear photographs of the product and packaging. We will review your concern and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund. The 24-hour reporting period helps us investigate shipping and fulfillment issues promptly. It does not limit any rights provided by applicable law.

4. Exchange Policy Exchanges are not guaranteed. We may approve an exchange when: * The wrong item was shipped. * The product arrived damaged or defective. * An error occurred during the preparation of your order. All exchange requests must be reviewed and approved before any merchandise is returned. Please do not return merchandise without contacting us first.

5. Handmade Products Our products are handmade or individually prepared, and slight variations may occur. These variations may include differences in: * Color and appearance. * Wax melt shapes and decorative details. * Fragrance strength. * Placement of printed designs. * Minor dimensions and finishing. Such variations are normal characteristics of handmade products and are not automatically considered defects.

6. Wax Melts and Fragrance Products For safety, hygiene, and product-quality reasons, used wax melts, fragrance products, and opened scented products generally cannot be returned or exchanged. Fragrance preferences vary from person to person. Dissatisfaction with a particular scent does not automatically qualify for a refund. Damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped products will be reviewed individually.

7. Clothing, Drinkware, and Other Merchandise Clothing, dish towels, tote bags, aprons, tumblers, cups, and other merchandise must be unused and in their original condition to qualify for any discretionary approved return or exchange. Custom-designed and personalized merchandise is generally nonreturnable unless it arrives defective or incorrect.

8. Order Cancellations If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order. We cannot guarantee cancellation once production, personalization, packaging, or shipping has begun. Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method.

9. Shipping and Return Costs We currently ship within the United States only. Original shipping charges are generally nonrefundable unless a refund is required by law or the return results from our error. For approved discretionary returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs. If we shipped an incorrect or defective item, we will provide an appropriate resolution without requiring the customer to pay additional shipping charges for our mistake.

10. Refund Processing Once a refund has been approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider and financial institution.
11. Lost or Delayed Packages If your package is delayed or missing, please contact us so we can assist with reviewing the tracking information. Delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control may occur. Lost-package concerns will be reviewed individually, taking into account tracking information and applicable consumer protections.
